Where should you do your Christmas shopping near Olalla, WA in 2026? Start with the markets: Shop the Harbor in Gig Harbor on November 14, the Holiday Gift and Food Fair in Bremerton on November 20 to 22, and TideFest in Gig Harbor on December 5 and 6. Small Business Saturday is November 28. Gig Harbor has three verified local gift shops, Bainbridge Island runs its Winter Studio Tour December 4 to 6, and two Christmas tree farms, one in Bremerton and one right in Olalla, cover the tree.

The market calendar

Saturday, November 14. Two openers on the same day. Shop the Harbor takes over the Gig Harbor waterfront from 12 to 8 pm, with check-in at the Club at Gig Harbor Marina and Boatyard. Across the water, the Seabeck Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair runs 10 am to 4 pm at the Seabeck Community and Event Center on Seabeck Highway, and again Sunday, November 15, 10 am to 3 pm.

Friday to Sunday, November 20 to 22. The Holiday Gift and Food Fair at the Kitsap County Pavilion in Bremerton is the big one: the 39th annual show, with more than 150 local artisans and a vetted, handcrafted-only lineup of gifts and food. Friday and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, Sunday 10 am to 4 pm.

Friday to Sunday, November 27 to 29. The Poulsbo Heritage Museum Holiday Market runs 10 am to 4 pm on Front Street in Little Norway: local makers and gifts in the middle of the downtown shops. It returns for a second run December 18 to 20, same hours.

Saturday and Sunday, December 5 and 6. TideFest at Gig Harbor High School is the local institution: more than 100 Northwest artists, handcrafted work only. Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, Sunday 11 am to 4 pm. The same Saturday, December 5, downtown Bremerton runs Krampusnacht and the Krampus Kraft Market, 2 to 9 pm along Pacific Avenue and Quincy Square: a juried maker market where every vendor carries Krampus-themed work, plus the Krampuslauf parade. It is free and all ages.

Small Business Saturday: November 28

Small Business Saturday falls on Saturday, November 28, 2026, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The verified local anchor is Bremerton: Winterfest fills Quincy Square downtown that day with live performances, photos with Santa, a holiday market, and the tree lighting. The organizer has not published 2026 clock times yet, so check before you go. In Gig Harbor, the downtown waterfront and Uptown shops are the natural circuit, and the three gift shops below are confirmed open for business on their own sites; no organizer had published a Gig Harbor Small Business Saturday program as of late October, so we do not claim one.

Buy it from the maker: Bainbridge Winter Studio Tour

The Bainbridge Island Winter Studio Tour runs Friday, December 4 to Sunday, December 6, 2026, confirmed in the tour's own 2026 brochure. It is a free, self-guided tour of juried artists showing in studios and community halls across the island, a tradition since 1984: pottery, jewelry, glass, fiber, wood, and painting, bought directly from the person who made it. Bainbridge is about 45 minutes from Olalla by the Agate Pass Bridge; the Bainbridge day trip guide plans the rest of the day around it.

The tree: two farms

Bacon's Christmas Tree Farm, Bremerton. The full-service option: choose-and-cut season runs November 14 to December 13, 2026, at 9381 W Belfair Valley Road. Hours are Monday to Thursday 10 am to 4:30 pm, Friday to Sunday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Thanksgiving Day 8:30 am to noon. Noble, Douglas, spruce, Grand, Nordmann, and Fraser firs, and leashed dogs are welcome.

Five Springs Tree Farm, Olalla. The hometown option, a family farm in Olalla since the late 1960s: choose-and-cut plus wreaths, open daily by appointment only while supplies last. Call ahead through the farm's own site to schedule; it publishes no fixed season hours, so do not just drive over.
